After the little movie we posted, with Clarice introducing our chickens (& Maxime filming it) both totally inspired by Brooke at her wonderful Patina Farm, we noticed that we never properly introduced our chickens nor we showed our chicken coop on our feed, so here they are!

We have 3 couples of breeds: white Sussex, Grey Bleu de France & Brown classic Pondeuses.

We made the coop during the lock down. It is entirely safe so no fox or other predator can enter, nor above nor below.

They have an extension where they can roam freely during the day.
.
The children gave them all names and really take care of them.
.
The fresh daily eggs are used to serve for breakfast or make delicious quiches or pies.
